We are working diligently to provide a program that best serves each and every child and their family.
We believe that preschool is a vital part of child development and strive to find a balance of providing the right fit for your child as well as what is safe for your child and your family.
Especially in the current climate, more than ever, children need a safe place to be able to engage in learning- and a small, clean and developmentally focused program can be a great fit for your child!
SENSORY PRESCHOOL
2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR
ENROLLMENT: up to 12 students
Our goal is to provide a supportive and tailored program for each and every child we serve. To do so safely and to maintain health and safety during this time, our maximum enrollment is 12 students between the ages of 4 and 5 years.
Enrollment is a combination of availability as well as the best fit.
We strive to cultivate a classroom that builds upon strengths as well as challenges development in areas of need.
To do so, we carefully assess each child to make sure we are able to serve them to the best of our abilities.
SCHEDULE
First Day of Sensory Preschool: September 13th, 2023
Monday-Friday: 8:30 am to 12:15 pm
A detailed 2032-2024 Calendar will available once state and city education plans are released.
Our schedule will follow the Seattle Public School District calendar to the best of our abilities. However, local schools are not slated to have a finalized plan until August- and we know parents are eager to find programs for their children as soon as possible. The schedule is subject to change based on health and safety standards- we will inform you as soon as possible if anything should change due to health/state/federal mandates.
TUITION:
$1250/month - Tuition is based on a 10 month year
(corresponding with public school and our internal calendar)
We have taken into consideration of holidays and closures, which are reflected in our tuition. Our tuition also takes into account the intimate student-to-teacher ratio, as well as accessibility to our sensory play areas and available specialized staff.
Also, please note that there are no payment adjustments for vacation or sickness. Payment plans are available, and monthly tuition is due the 1st of preceding month (e.g. December 2023 is due November 1st).
Discounts for annual and quarterly pre-payments are available -please contact us after you submit your application.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals are required 30 days in advance with written notice. There is no reimbursement for partial paid months. E.g. Withdrawal notice given February 10th, withdrawal finalized March 31st, refund for tuition will be for April/May/June.
APPLICATIONS
Applications are accepted with a $150 non-refundable application fee
Applications are provided after your school visit if we determine that our class is the best fit for your child!
Once we receive your application, we will review it and contact you with any questions and determine if we have an opening. If we do have an opening, we will reach out to assist you in completing the necessary enrollment paperwork. If we are unable to provide a spot for your child, we will place your application on our waitlist and contact you should an opening coming available.
